Our objective is to make sophisticated high quality financial software affordable to small-to-medium sized banks and financial organisations across the globe. We provide our customers with a unique opportunity to enjoy fully-functional systems that offer unprecedented flexibility, ease of use, compactness and reliability.

The total price of each solution is, typically, made up of the cost of system study, the licence fee, implementation and staff training charges and the cost of custom-coding, if any.

The licence fee is a one-off payment made by the customer (the Licensee) in consideration of the right to operate the software for an infinite period of time and by an infinite number of users, granted by Canopus Software Ltd. (the Licensor) to the licensee under the Licence Agreement. The licence fee is dependent upon the number of modules comprising the package and the number of operational database servers.

Amount of the implementation fee is determined based on the system study results. The system study, staff training and custom-coding, if any, as well as other services, which the customer may request, is charged for on an hourly basis at a flat fee agreed by the parties in advance.

We are committed to bringing our customers the best there is to offer at the best prices. Our quotes include, where possible, all applicable fees so that there are no surprise charges on the final invoice.
